1/4 tsp - salt
DIRECTIONS

This recipe works best in a small food processor.

Drain and rinse the black beans. Place them in
the food processor and process until smooth.
Next add the garlic, jalapeno, and tomato.
Process for another 30 seconds or so. Then add
the cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Process for
another 30 seconds.

This recipe makes 3 or 4 servings.
Scale up or down for the quantity you need.
COMMENTS
Black bean dip makes a great appetizer, snack, or the foundation for a
yummy vegan veggie wrap. We like to make up a batch along with some
fresh
guacamole and tortilla chips, and call it a meal.

Note: We try to use canned beans that are low or no sodium. If you can't
find them you can use the regular beans and adjust or leave out the salt
to your liking.

Enjoy!
We use Cuisinart food
processors at the GOAT.
