So you are a vegan and you just fixed dinner. The kids walk in and go,
"yuck, I want meat." What do you do? You could beat them and send
them to their room without supper. Force them to eat what you fixed,
reminding them of all the starving kids in India. Or you can un-veaganize
some of the food for them.

It's simply really. All you have to do is carniverise the dish back to it's
previous, un-vegan state. And if you have any ungrateful vegetarians in
your kitchen, we can help you out with them also.

Most of our recipes started out with a meated version that we converted
into the current vegan version you see on our site. All you have to do is
put the meat back, usually at the end of the cooking process. We will
give you some examples to get you started.

Pasta and chile dishes often have browned hamburger in them. When
you make the vegan version, brown some hamburger in a separate pan.
When the main dish is almost done, separate it into two pans and add
the hamburger to one of them. Let it simmer for a few minutes to blend
the flavors, then serve. Another solution is to give them some grated
cheese to dump on top of their food.

Mexican food often comes with chicken or beef, and/or cheese. Make
up your vegan version of the dish in one pan, and cook the meat in
another pan. Burritos, tacos, enchiladas, and fajitas are assembled
separately. Just let each individual assemble their own meal and they
can add the meat, and/or cheese if they want.

If you are making our gumbo, add chicken, smoked sausage, and
shrimp. For the bean soup, add ham. If you make the sloppy joes, just
tell them to get over it. They are good just the way they are.

Furthermore, if you are entertaining any of those pesky vegetarians, just
hand them some cheese and tell them to go figure it out. It really is that
simple. Nobody should have to suffer just because are a vegan!
